Both buoys show a mix of southerly 12s and SSW 14-15s energies. Check the Lahaina webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

New slightly longer period NNE energy is at the buoys while the older smaller period one keeps declining. The former comes from a fetch associated with a low that formed on the 15th and you can see its evolution in the maps below of May 15 though 17. Home guess for Hookipa is around chest to head high and no wind for the first part of the morning.
