4am Surfline significant buoy readings and discussion.
South shore
1ft @ 14s from 180° (S)

1.4ft @ 14s from 177° (S)

Low southerly energy at the buoys. Check the Lahaina or Kihei webcams if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

North shore
7ft @ 12s from 23° (NNE)

5.5ft @ 8s from 18° (NNE)
4.7ft @ 12s from 28° (NNE)
3.8ft @ 11s from 20° (NNE)

NNE energy continues. Home guess for Hookipa is around head and a half. Harbor, eastern exposures and Honolua should have waves too. Wind should be a little lighter than usual in the early morning.

Energy spectrum of Pauwela from this PACIOOS page.

Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here (click on animation of the 10 meter column).
